Charter flight and official events
All MegaDo participants are VIPs and get access to all official scheduled events and receptions! The price of your ticket depends on your class of service on the charter flight.
Your ticket includes:
- A reserved seat on our exclusive SkyTeam MegaDo flight operated by Czech Airlines, in the class of service of your choice.
- Full meals and an open bar in all classes of service on board our charter flight; free bag allowance.
- Access to all official events and receptions.
- All pre-event activities in Seattle.
- Bus transportation to the events, when mentioned on the schedule.
- Exclusive promotions, including complimentary SkyTeam Elite Plus status.
The following are extra:
- Positioning flights. Participants are expected to book their own transportation to/from the event. We offer a transatlantic group fare for participants who fly to Europe from the US.
- Hotels. We encourage all participants to stay the official host hotels.
- Optional Indonesian Rice Table dinner in Amsterdam: see schedule for details.
- Optional Lelystad Aviodrome museum tour and lunch: see schedule for details.

ALOFT Seattle Sea-Tac Airport (Oct 11-12)
The ALOFT Seattle Sea-Tac Airport is conveniently located less than a mile from Seattle Sea-Tac Airport (SEA) and offers 24-hour shuttle service to the airport terminals.
MegaDo rate: $144/night
- Valid from October 11th to October 12th.
- Based on single/double occupancy.
- Includes complimentary WiFi, parking, and shuttle transportation within 1 mile.
- Excludes taxes.
- Cancel by 6 pm day prior to arrival to avoid penalties.

Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center (Oct 13-16)
The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center is attached to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). The hotel offers convenient access to the airport terminals, as well as public transit to the city center.
MegaDo rate: 189 €/night
- Valid from October 13th to October 16th.
- Based on single occupancy.
- Includes free Internet and access to health club.
- Excludes taxes.

AC Hotel Barcelona Forum (Oct 16-17)
The AC Hotel Barcelona Forum is conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona and features a fitness center and swimming pool.

MegaDo rate: 179 €/night
- Valid from October 16th to October 17th.
- Based on single occupancy.
- Includes breakfast and free Internet. Breakfast will be served at the “Dia & Nit” Restaurant from 7 to 10 am.
- Excludes city taxes and VAT.
- Book before May 15, 2018. Rates are refundable only through May 30th, 2018.

Transatlantic group fare
SkyTeam offers a special fare to MegaDo participants between Seattle, and Amsterdam (AMS), Paris (CDG), and Barcelona (BCN.)
- All fares in US Dollars.
- One-way fares based on round-trip travel, one open jaw permitted (arrival into AMS or CDG, departure from BCN)
- Fares exclusive of taxes and fees (approximately USD 100 per round trip.)
- Fares apply to Delta (DL), Air France (AF), and KLM (KL) flights.
- Travel period is October 12-October 28. Ticket by September 21.
